Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders that have not yet been processed for shipment may be cancelled upon request. Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund of the purchase price at no cost to the customer.

2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our return policy. Please refer to the instructions provided with your shipment or reach out to customer support for assistance.

3. Refund Timing and Method
Processing Time: Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.
Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used during checkout.
